Founder
Lash Artist, Nail Tech & more
Hello ladies for those of you who do not know me, WELCOME. My name is Geneva, yes like the city. Before you even ask. The answer is yes. Yes, I love chocolate and cheese, I guess It was inherited with the name. But, I’m mainly go by Glitz!
I specialized in nail enhancements, Nails art, lash extensions, ombre brows, lash lift & more.
I’m am also a part time registered nurse (RN). Who is also kind of a “therapist” if you know what I mean.
My passion for nails starter in high school. I was a frequent visitor of chop shops. I always left unhappy & unpleased, only to come home and start filling, shaping & designing them myself. Everyone would complement the great work I did. From there, I spent my lunch breaks putting designs on all my friends and classmates.I would get so many requests and with the encouragements from my friends decided to offer nail services and get certified.
I wanted to offer a personalized service that was intimate and catered to each individual client needs. I wanted to create à space were women would feel beautiful, comfortable, relaxed, let their hair down. Luckily that space now exists for the past 8 years, welcome to Glitz Studio.
As time went on I took a few course to further my techniques and education and before I knew it became a whole business. I started to then add more & more services per my clients request.
My passion for lashing developed later on, after hearing all the bad experiences that you’ve all encountered. I wanted to change the industry and provide quality services that my clients will be proud of. I do so by keeping up with continuous education, high quality products and customer service being a top priority.
I have 4 certifications under my belt in lash extensions and continue to further my eduction every few years. I also have serval nail certification, acrylic, gel, resin, Russian manicures and more. My clients can feel confident and safe by knowing that I am constantly training within the field & up to date with new techniques and safe practices.
